No Longer at Ease
Little by Little the fowl drink it's water I don't have it all but my hopes I do keep Hoping that some day into great fortune I'll leap Day and night presenting my petition before the alter One step at a time l work with all my might Giving all it takes in my prime Hoping the end of the tunnel will receive me with light But the more effort I put The more sweat I scoop From my forehead onto my boots My pity self, misery do not want to look I am no Longer at ease My hopes are being held in a leash Controlled by the powers that be Stinging me without mercy like a busy bee Oh!
